Shopping terms and conditions

When ordering books from the online store of Vilnius Graphic Art Centre (hereinafter VGAC), the customer chooses and specifies the delivery method and delivery address at checkout. We also ship books abroad – please send a publication order inquiry to info@graphic.lt and we will arrange your shipping.

Delivery options in Lithuania:

– pick-up at VGAC (Latako g. 3, Vilnius) – free

– delivery via registered mail – shipping fee of €1,40

– delivery to LP Express parcel terminals – shipping fee of €1,95

Upon receiving the customer’s payment, we undertake to deliver the goods within 2–5 working days.

VGAC is exempt from liability for failure to deliver the goods if the customer provided incorrect delivery details or was not present at the agreed time and address specified when making the order.

Books purchased from the VGAC online store can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are undamaged, unused, complete, and in their original condition. To return a book, email a free-form request to info@graphic.lt, providing the full order details: order number, date, title of the item, price, and delivery date. Additionally, specify a bank account for the refund. Upon confirming the return, send the safely packed books back to our address:
