Public entity Vilnius Graphic Art Centre (hereinafter VGAC) respects everyone’s right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information specified in the online store registration form) is collected and managed only for the purpose of processing the orders and carrying out the necessary related actions.

By shopping in the VGAC e-commerce system, you agree that we may use your data in the maintenance of the online store, tracking server failures, and identifying the visitor.

Your email address will be used for direct marketing purposes (e. g. sending newsletters, special offers etc.) only with your consent.

VGAC is committed to maintaining confidentiality and does not disclose the processed personal data to third parties, except as required by law or legal process, as well as to companies providing postal and courier services to VGAC.

VGAC processes personal data in accordance with the requirements for the processing of personal data stipulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts related to the protection of personal data, and, from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).
